রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

• সফলভাবে অর্ডার হবার পর কোন রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
• যদি অর্ডার না হয়ে পেমেন্ট হয়ে যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি কনফার্ম না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন করে নেওয়া যাবে।
• কোন প্রডাক্ট রিটার্নের আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
• অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যার্থ হলে ক্রেতাকে উক্ত মূল্য রিফান্ড করে দেওয়া হবে।
• রিফান্ড এর ক্ষেত্রে ১ থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘন্টা সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে। (bKash Online Payment) এর ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
• গেটওয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তাদের রিফান্ড শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে, সাধারণত ৩-৭ কার্যদিবস সময় নিয়ে থাকে।
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
• কাস্টমারের ইচ্ছাশক্তির পরিবর্তন সহ যে কোন ধরনের রিফান্ডের জন্য কাস্টমারকে গেটওয়ে, সার্ভিস এবং ব্যাংক চার্জ বাবদ তাকে ১০% খরচ বহন করতে হবে। ১০% রেখে বাকীটাকা ফেরৎ পাবেন।

 

• No refunds will be applicable after successful order placement.
• If payment is made without order, refund will be applicable.
• Product changes can be made until the ordered product is confirmed.
• If the ordered product fails to be delivered, the seller will be refunded the price.
• 1 to maximum 24 hours time will be applicable in case of refund. Applicable for (bKash Online Payment)
• (aamarrpay) gateway will apply their own refund terms, usually takes 3-7 working days.
• In case of refund, the fee/charge by the bank has to be borne by the buyer.
• Customer shall bear 10% gateway, service and bank charges for any refund including change of customer’s will. Keeping 10% and get the rest.

 

When it is a digital product…

• A refund is possible before product delivery.
• If the product is not valid
• if the product is not work
• if the product key is an error.
• if the subscription expires
• In case of a refund, the fee/charge by the bank has to be borne by the buyer.
• No Refund after delivering the digital key
• No refunds will be applicable after successful delivery.
• After usage refund will be partial as you used. you will get refund your remaining balance.
